I'll have to decide whether to keep the current team structure or let 2 or 3 people go. It connects to my fears cause I don't want for people to be left without a job and have to find a solution for themselves and sometimes their families who depend upon them. It connects to my dream as of today the company needs agility and less people to pivot and explore new potential opportunities which could lead us to a brighter future.
